If your looking for old coins and banknotes, folders, holders or other things you might need for your collection, best to visit the following:

JC Coins and Antiques (owned by Jun Cuartero) @ Green Hills Shopping Center (SITE MAP HERE) (Furniture Area)

De Jesus Variety Store (owned by Ray De Jesus) @ Recto near Mendiola (SITE MAP HERE) (across San Sebastian) *UPDATE (store was relocated)

World Treasures at SM Mega Mall 4th floor and Octagon Coins Antique Trading @ Tiendesitas Ortigas Ave., Pasig. both owned by Atty. Escaño

These are few of the well known stores in Metro Manila and are very friendly, they can also answer almost all of your questions. The owners are long time members of various organizations and well respected in this numismatic field. They also have coin holders and albums, should you need any.
